助力转向液压原理描述及外循环回路设计

摘要 载重卡车转向阻力很大,靠人力难以实现转向,故此多采用液压助力控制方式来保证车辆转向轻便准确,最大限度地降低司机驾驶车辆的劳动强度,但存在载重卡车转向系统故障率高的问题。通过分析助力转向系统特点,从液压随动的角度描述并分析了工作原理。针对目前广泛采用的两线内循环设计在使用过程中暴露出的不足,提出了外循环回路设计方案。 It is very difficult to steer a truck only by manpower due to the strong resistance. For this reason, most truck adopt hydraulic power steering to make the vehicle steering manoeuvrable and accurate, to minimize the driver's effort while driving a truck. This paper take the situation that the failure rate of steer system of truck is considerable high into consideration, by analyzing the character of power steering. Describe and analyze the working principle on the view of hydraulic consequent action. Aiming at solving the shortcoming of the widely adopted two way intrinsic cycle design, which was found while using, this paper finally brought forward a new design for extrinsic cycle circuit.
