摘要
观察牵引膝部后方顶压旋转复位加按摩及中药骨愈散外敷治疗法治疗腰突症效果。方法：牵引膝部后方顶压旋转复位加按摩及中药骨愈散外敷治疗法治疗腰突症265例，并经1～10年随访。结果：治疗265例，治愈236例（89．06％），显效18例（6．79％），好转6例（2．26％），无效5例（1．89％）．未发现任何并发症。结论：牵引膝部后方顶压旋转复位加按摩及中药骨愈散外敷治疗法治疗腰突症．具有显著的疗效。
To find out the effect of treatment of traction prop and of knees with external application of 'Bone-healing Powder' in patients with prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods: Traction and prop of knees and external application of 'TIne--healing Powder' wereused to treat prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc,with follow-ups from I year to 10 years(average 3 years and 2 months). Results: In this series of 265 cases,full recovery was in 236(89. 6 % )'markedly effective in 18 (6. 79 % ), improvement in 6 (2. 26 % ) and non-effective in 5 (1. 89 56 ).No infection and other major complications were found. Confusion: The method of traction andprop of knees with external application of 'BOne--healing Powder'in the treatment of prolapsedlumbar intervertebral disc was effective.
