摘要
针对当前我国中小企业实施ERP中存在的目标模糊、认识不明确、匮乏相应的实施人才、企业管理基础薄弱以及其他方面的实施矛盾和不可控因素等问题进行了深入分析,并针对这些问题提出了相应解决办法,指出企业为使实施顺利进行,必须确定多级目标、慎选供应商、加强实施队伍建设、重视培训、领导强有力推进和各方协调。
This article intends to make an analysis on the following problems:uncertain goals in the operation of ERP in small and medium-sized enterprises,scarcity of intellectuals specializing in operating the program,weak foundation of management, and some contradietive factors. We suggest that in order to solve the above problems,some measures should be taken, such as:clearifying the multi-layer goals, select the supplier cautiously,carrying out training program for the operators of the software,and promoteing the cooperation in the company and so forth.
