摘要
对某发电公司600MW机组高温再热蒸汽管道放气管裂纹原因进行了分析,认为冷凝水倒流使温度较高的管座内壁形成热交替循环;支吊架安装不合理造成管系振动;管接头变径坡度过大而在管座变径处产生应力集中,这些最终导致该裂纹的产生。对此提出了相应的处理意见,并取得了良好效果。
The causes and settlements of exhaust pipes crack were analyzed. The reasons are that condensed water flow backwards to make heat circulating of high temperature tube, improper bracket installation leads to tube vibration. Variable diameter grade of large tube tiein produces stress concentration on tube variable diameter part.
