全膝关节置换术中一种新型股骨截骨方法——一体外对比试验和短期临床随访 被引量：4

摘要 全膝关节置换（total knee arthlvplasty，TKA）是膝关节疾患晚期的常规手术之一，通过安全的功能重建有效地缓解患者的疼痛。在美国，每年的TKA手术超过30万例。在欧洲和亚洲国家，TKA的手术量超过全髋关节置换术，在关节成形术中居第一位。总体而言，TKA是安全的临床手术之一，具有风险低、成功率高的特点。
