摘要
目的:通过检测新生儿心肌酶活性,探讨新生儿心肌酶活性的变化对其窒息的影响。方法:将2008年11月~2009年7月入住本院接受治疗的118例新生儿窒息患者分为轻度窒息组和重度窒息组,另选60例健康新生儿作为对照组。三组患者均测定其血清中LDH,CK,CK-MB,AST活性,并对结果进行对比分析。结果:窒息新生儿心肌酶活性比对照组明显升高(P<0.05);重度窒息组心肌酶活性比轻度窒息组也有明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿窒息时血清心肌酶活性变化显著,可作为新生儿窒息后心肌损害的重要观察指标之一。
Objective: To discusses of the changes of myocardial enzymes activity influencing on asphyxia neonatorum by the test of myocardial enzymes activity. Methods: 118 cases with asphyxia neonatorum in hospital for treatment from November 2008 to July 2009 were divided into the mild asphyxia group and the severe asphyxia group,and another 60 cases of healthy newborn was selected as the control group. Three groups of patients were detected on the activity of LDH,CK, CK-MB and AST, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results: The myocardial enzymes activity of asphyxia neonatornm group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05), and the severe asphyxia group was significantly increased than the mild asphyxia group, too (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The serum myocardial enzymes activity changes significantly during newborn choking, so the index above-mentioned can be used as an important observation of myocardial injury resulted by asphyxia neonatorum.
