摘要
知识产权能使企业自主研发的产品(指广义的产品)得到国家的保护,使一些不良的企业竞争行为受到约束。本文介绍了知识产权在制造型企业中的主要内容,企业如何运用知识产权保护企业的自身利益,国家对一些有自主知识产权企业的优惠等,逐渐转变中小企业的衡器行业人士对知识产权问题的认识,使知识产权保护意识得到提高,从中受益。
abstract： Intellectual property rights can make the enterprise independent development of products （generalized product） protected by the state, make some bad behavior of the enterprise competition restricted. This article introduces the main content of the intellectual property rights in the manufacturing enterprises, how to use intellectual property to protect enterprises＇ own interests. the state has independent intellectual property rights to the preferential of some enterprises, many of medium-sized and small enterprises change gradually cognition of intellectual property rights intellectual property protection consciousness is improved, and benefits from it.
