摘要
重质糠醛精制装置是以糠醛为萃取溶剂,以减二、减三、减四馏份油和丙烷轻脱油为原料油的溶剂精制装置,通过糠醛萃取,得出主产品精制油和副产品抽出油,同时在生产中产生一定量的相对较轻的携带油,携带油中含有润滑油理想组份和糠醛[1]。该装置通过对携带油的回炼点的工业试验,找出携带油回炼的最好回炼点,回收携带油中的油和糠醛,为企业多创效益。
