PVP保护的CdS/Au复合纳米粒子的制备及其表征

摘要 以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为保护剂,利用化学还原法在无水乙醇中合成了CdS/Au复合纳米粒子,通过紫外可见(UV-vis)吸收光谱、透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及荧光光谱法对其进行表征。研究结果表明,将以PVP为保护剂制备的CdS/Au复合纳米粒子在80℃下回流3 h后,CdS/Au复合纳米粒子大小分布均匀。 CdS/Au composite nanoparticles protected by polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP)were prepared by chemical reduction method in ethanol. Ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) spectra, transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) and fluorescence spectra were used to characterize the CdS/Au composite nanoparticles. The results showed that when the CdS/Au nanoparticles were refluxed 3 h under the temperature of 80 ℃, the composite nanoparticles distributed symmetrically and the diameter was almost uniform.
