摘要
在分析目前红外匹配吸收设计理论和应用的基础上,提出了最佳匹配吸收的设计方法。对于工程背景,比较了软基涂层热风干燥与红外线干燥的特点,分析了红外干燥优点和难点以及必须解决的问题,研究确定了符合最佳匹配的元件表面温度;进行了满足辐射场要求的辐射器的科学布置,设计了简单低廉的温度控制以及带基保护的机、热连锁结构和参数,取得了节能、提高生产率和提高产品质量的多重效果。取得的结果也可作为其它红外节能加热设计时参考。
Based on the analysis of the present design theory and its application on matching absorb, the design method of the best matching absorb is put forward. For the engineering background, the characteristics of hot air dryness of soft bottom coat are compared with infrared dryness. The excellencies and the difficulties and the questions to be solved are analyzed. The element exterior temperature which accord with the best matching is studied and made sure. The eradiating implements are scientifically arranged in order to satisfy the form of eradiating field. The simple low-cost design of control of temperature is done, and the structure and the parameter of protecting fascia fundus by catenating machine and heat are ascertained. Many results of saving energy, increasing productivity and improving quality of the product are obtained. The results can also have important reference to the design of other infrared saving energy dryness.
