摘要
针对无规共聚聚丙烯专用树脂PA14D在使用过程中存在的成管性能不好、加工能耗高及产品中有粘连料等问题进行分析,调整工艺参数,使PA14D产品的性能稳定,达到市场同类产品的质量指标。
The defects existed during processing and application of propylene random copolymer(PP-R), grade PA14D, such as poor pipe forming workability, high processing consumption of energy and conglutinated granules, were analyzed. The process parameters were adjusted to obtain PA14D with stable properties and the product could reach the quality standard of its counterparts in the market.
