摘要
随着我国建筑节能工作的不断深入,建筑节能工作的任务愈加艰巨,而构建全面的建筑节能服务体系对推动建筑节能工作的开展具有非常重要的意义。本文在剖析阻碍我国建筑节能服务体系发展的因素基础上,结合我国实际,从政府引导、信息传播、金融环境、技术支持、体系改革五大方面提出了我国建筑节能服务体系建设的总体框架,以期为建设资源节约型环境友好型社会做出贡献。
As China＇s energy-saving construction work continued to deepen, the task of building energy-saving work has become even more difficult, and setting up a comprehensive service system of building energy-saving for the promotion of energy-saving construction work is of great significance. Based on the analysis of factors hindering the development of China＇s building energy-saving service system, and combined with the reality of our country, this article put forward the overall framework of building energy-saving service system from five major aspects as government guidance, information dissemination, financial environment, technical support, system reform, hoping to contribute to the construction of a resource-conserving and environmentfriendly society.
