摘要
为了研究中小学教师工作价值观的个体差异,采用吴铁雄教授等人编制的《工作价值观量表》,对广东省832名中小学教师进行问卷调查,结果表明:中小学教师在工具价值方面存在显著的人口统计学变量(包括性别、班主任、学段、城乡、职务)的差异,而在目的价值方面,除了职务方面存在显著差异外,其余几个方面均不存在明显的差异。
To study the individual difference of primary and secondary teachers' work values, the work values Inventory braided by Wu Tiexiong was administrated to 832 primary and secondary teachers. The results showed: in instrumental values, the primary and secondary teachers had significant difference in demographic variables (including gender, the teachers in charge of a class, grade, urban and rural, position). In terminal values, the aspect of position has obvious difference, and other aspects have no obvious difference.
