Research Progress on Preparation of Functional Materials by Microfluidic Devices

摘要 针对采用微流控技术制备功能材料这一新兴领域,将制备过程分为微设备中的液液微分散与后续的固化两方面,分别对这两方面的内容进行了综述。特别针对错流剪切型、水力学聚焦型和同轴环管型3种微通道结构和不同的功能材料,系统介绍了近年来利用微流控技术取得的研究进展。对微流控技术制备功能材料这一新兴领域进行了展望,指出了今后研究的发展方向。 Microfluidic device has recently emerged as one of the most promising tools for the syntheses of functional materials.The liquid-liquid micro-dispersion processes and the solidification methods in the preparation are reviewed.Preparation methods for several kinds of functional materials through the microfluidic devices are introduced.The developing prospect and the main directions for preparations of functional materials through the microfluidic devices are explored.
