摘要
传统的质量管理系统侧重于信息管理,统计分析功能薄弱,单一的统计软件又不具有信息管理的功能,鉴于此,结合某锯片有限公司锯片生产过程的特点,设计开发了基于规则推理和知识库的统计过程控制SPC系统,实现了零件及工艺过程管理,过程能力分析,并能绘制控制图、直方图、排列图及图形模式识别及成因分析,具有专家系统的分析诊断功能。通过在某锯片厂的实施应用,提升了产品质量,降低了成本,提高了顾客满意度。
Traditional quality management system focused on information management, statistical analysis is weak,and information management is weak in a single statistical software. In view of this, combined with the characteristics of the production process in a saw blade Co., Ltd., a statistical process control SPC system based on rule-based reasoning and knowledge was designed and developed, the parts and process management, process capability analysis, and drawing the control chart, histogram charts and graphics with the causes of pattern recognition and analysis were realized with expert analysis of the system diagnostic function. Through the implementation of applications in a saw blade Co., Ltd, product quality was improved,and costs was reduced and customer satisfaction was improved.
