摘要
火龙果营养丰富,含有人体必需的多种营养成分和矿质元素,同时也是用于提取天然染料的优良材料,开发利用前景广阔。现综述了近年来国内外火龙果栽培的主要品种、营养成分、采收,包装分级、采后生理、病原菌、加工与保鲜等方面的研究与进展。
Pitaya which contains a variety of essential nutrients and mineral elements, was the fine materials for which extraction of natural dyes, and the broad developing prospect. In this paper, the progress of research which the main varieties,nutritional components,harvesting,grading,packaging,post-harvest physiology,pathogens,processing and preserva- tion of pitaya fruit were introduced.
