摘要 为了提高高等职业教育护理专业学生的职业能力与综合素质,培养高技能护理人才,本文通过剖析护理教育改革的社会背景和行业背景,进一步明确了五年制高等职业教育护理专业的指导思想、培养目标和基本思路,并根据岗位群构建了护理专业学生的综合能力模块、护理职业能力要求和课程设计,建立了与培养目标相适应的理论教学体系和与岗位群相适应的专业实践教学体系,通过加强教师队伍、校内外护理实训基地和教材等的建设,优化了护理人才培养方案,护理专业教学改革初见成效。 In order to improve vocational ability and overall quality of nursing students of higher vocational education and train highly skilled personnel, the guidance, training objectives and the basic ideas of five-year vocational nursing program were clearly defined through the careful analysis of social back-ground and industry background for nursing education reform. Meanwhile, based on post group, the comprehensive capacity module of nursing students was established, professional nursing competency requirements and curriculum were designed, and the theoretical teaching system compatible with the training objectives and professional practice teaching system compatible with the job group were built. By strengthening the construction of teachers group, nursing training base inside and outside campus, and teaching materials, the nursing personnel training programs was optimized, thus good teaching effects were gotten.
