摘要
专家型教师是保证与提升幼儿园教育质量的中坚力量。幼儿园教师对专家型教师特征的认识涉及师德、专业知识与技能、教学活动组织能力、研究能力等四个方面。当今幼儿园教师非常注重师德,认为拥有良好的师德是成为专家型教师的基础。很多幼儿园教师比较看重幼儿园软件环境对专家型教师成长的影响,认为幼儿园硬件环境对专家型教师成长的影响不大。
Expert teachers are backbone power to guarantee and advance the quality of preschool education. Preschool teacher's knowledge about expert teacher's characteristics include the professional morality, professional knowledge and skills, organizing capability and research capacity. They hold that morality is the foremost feature and realize the influence of individual initiative and software of the kindergarten on the growth of expert teachers, but underestimate the learning and research capacity and literally overlook the importance of hardware of the kindergarten in this aspect.
