摘要
随着地理信息系统的日益发展,其应用范围在不断扩大,遍布商业、军事等领域,人们期待能够随时随地享受到地理信息系统带来的便捷。而低端手机在内存、存储设备、CPU的有限性极大的限制了移动GIS的发展。本文针对这种情况提出用SVG Tiny规范进行电子地图的编码,并设计实现了一个移动GIS手机客户端。
With the development of the Geographic Information System,it is used in financial,military and so on.People hope can easily use GIS at anytime anywhere.But because of the Limitation in low-end cellular phone s memory,storage device,CPU,the development of mobile GIS was slowed down.To this issue this paper provides a method to use SVG Tiny to express electronic map,then design and implement a test Mobile GIS cellar phone client application.
