基于催化报告探针沉积技术的高灵敏甲胎蛋白检测芯片

摘要 将催化报告探针沉积技术与一维微珠阵列芯片有机结合起来,发展了一种高灵敏的甲胎蛋白(AFP)的检测方法,检测下限达到0.5pmol/L(35pg/mL),且试剂消耗少,每次测定只需5μL血清。该方法可满足临床检测的要求,有望在肝癌的早期诊断及疗效评价中得到应用。 A high sensitive biochip for AFP detection was developed based on catalyzed reporter deposition tech- nology and one-dimensional microfluidic beads array. The results demonstrated that the limit of detection for AFP was 0.5 pmol/L (35 pg/mL). In addition, it was less reagent consumption and only 5 μL blood serum was needed for measurement. This biochip has the potential to meet the requirements of clinical testing and the early diagnosis of liver cancer.
