摘要
首次测定了濒危植物钟萼木不同季节嫩枝叶Vc、亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的含量。结果表明:钟萼木的亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐含量极低,分别为0.04-0.08mg/kg和5.91-6.17mg/kg。亚硝酸盐远低于我国无公害蔬菜限量标准4mg/kg。同时,钟萼木嫩枝叶的Vc含量较高,达217.10(15.10-217.10)mg/kg。因此,钟萼木为品质优良的珍稀山野菜。
The contents of Vc, nitrite and nitrate in the juvenile stems and leaves of the endangered plant Betschneidera sinensis Hemsl were first time reported. The results indicated that the content of nitrite and nitrate of B. sinensis were very low, only 0.04 -0.08 mg/kg and 5.91 -6. 17 mg/kg, respectively. Nitrite was also far below the standard of non-pollution vegetable (4mg/kg). Meanwhile, the content of Vitamin C of B. sinensis were 217. 10 (15. 10 - 217. 10) mg/kg. Thus, Betschneidera sinensis is an excellent wild vegetable.
