摘要
建立了一种食品中富马酸二甲酯含量测定的气相色谱/质谱检测方法。对萃取溶剂、萃取时间等参数进行了考查,确定了乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂,超声提取时间为10min;采用气相色谱/质谱-选择离子监测法(GC/MS-SIM)检测,获得了良好的线性,相对标准偏差在10%以内,回收率在73%-105%,定量限为0.05mg/kg。该检测方法可用于粮谷、糕点、水果等不同食品中富马酸二甲酯含量的测定。
A method for gas chromatography / mass spectrometry determination of Dimethyl Fumarate in food was reported in this paper. Some extraction parameters such as extraction solvent, ultrasound time were investigated. Ethyl acetate was chosen as solvent to extract the drugs from foods and ultrasound time was lOmin. The GC-MS-SIM detection method demonstrated good linearity. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was below 10% , recoveries varied from 73% to 105% and the limit threshold was0. 05 rng/kg. The method developed in this paper could be used to detect dimethyl fumarate in different foods such as grains, cakes and fruits.
