摘要
依据知识产权质押担保的法律原理及我国现行法律规定,梳理我国其他行业实行知识产权质押担保的最新实践经验,对陶瓷行业的知识产权质押所面临问题,提出了在知识产权价值评估、企业信用评级、提存、反担保等方面的完善建议,探讨政府、银行在运用知识产权质押担保中应发挥的作用。
This paper puts forward some suggestions on the pledge of intellectual property rights related to ceramic products.Meanwhile,it analyzes how government and banks shall play their roles in the utilization of this kind of pledge.
