摘要
随着勘探开发的不断深入,全过程欠平衡钻井技术以其优越的钻探效果而为越来越多的业内人士所认可,我院率先自行研制的井下套管封井器使实现全过程欠平衡钻井技术成为可能。现场实践及理论分析表明,性能可靠的井下套管封井器必须应用以完善配套的工艺才能真正实现全过程欠平衡钻井,才能切实为油田产能建设作出贡献。本文从全过程欠平衡钻井技术及井控工艺的角度出发,通过理论分析,结合现场实践系统分析了应用井下套管封井器实现欠平衡起下钻、欠平衡电测的工艺要点及作业流程,并对井下套管封井器的现场应用提出了认识及建议。
With the constant deepening of the Petroleum exploration and development,for its superior effects,the underbalanced drilling through all the process has been identified by more and more professionals.Karamay drilling technology research institute took the lead in developing the downhole casing blowout preventer(DCBOP) independently,which makes the underbalanced drilling through all the process possible.Practical application and theoretical analysis shows that the performance of reliable DCBOP must apply the appropriate and matching technology in order to achieve the underbalanced drilling through all the process and contribute to oil production.In this paper,From the underbalanced drilling through all the process and blowout control technology point of view,and in light of theoretical analysis and practical application,the main points and process of applying DCBOP to achieve the destination of underbalanced round trip and log are analyzed.In addition,recommendations to the practical application of DCBOP are made.
