摘要
采用雷诺应力(RSM)湍流模型和欧拉多相流模型,对柱型旋流器的内部流场进行了数值模拟,得到了柱型旋流器内的切向速度、轴向速度和径向速度分布,以及溢流比和分离加速度对油水二相在柱型旋流器中分离效率的影响。这些结果对柱型油水旋流分离器的结构优化和提高柱型分离器的油水分离效率有指导作用。
In this paper Reynolds stress turbulence model (RSM) and eulerian multiphase model were applied to simulate the inner flow field and the effect of oil-water separation efficiency of cylindrical hydrocyclone with different split-ratio and separation acceleration. The simulation results present the distribution of tangential velocity, axial velocity and radial velocity. These results could improve the structural design as well as the separation performance of oil-water cylindrical hydrocyclone.
