摘要
以青岛海湾大桥混凝土防腐涂层厚度的检测为例,分别用涂层测厚仪与螺旋测微仪对标准片、室内试验样片、现场结构物涂层样片等3种样片的涂层厚度进行检测,对比分析涂层测厚仪门槛值对检测结果的影响。针对青岛海湾大桥涂层厚度要求,提出了涂层测厚仪门槛下限应设置为250μm。
The Qingdao Bay Bridge concrete anti-corrosion coating thickness of testing is taken as an example, and coating thickness gauge measurement instrument with spiral of standard, indoor test sample, and scene structures coating samples of the test sample thickness are used to compare and analyze the effects of coating thickness gauge threshold on testing results. In terms of the requirement of the thickness of The Qingdao Bay Bridge, this paper points out that coating thickness gauge should be set up under the threshold limit for 250 um.
