摘要
介绍了自行开发的钚γ能谱分析专用软件ＷＳＧＣＤＰＳ的特点及其分析结果的准确度和精确度。标样分析结果在误差范围内与质谱法所给的结果相符。分析精度处在美国Ｃ１０３０－９５标准文件的要求范围内。
The paper introduces the accuracy and precision of WSGCDPS software that is deve loped by ourselves for assay of plutonium γ ray spectrum.The analysis result of isotopic abundances agrees with that of mass spectrographic analysis in the range of error for a plutonium standard sample.The precision of results meet the ASTM C1030 95 document.
