摘要
利用水在溶剂中的溶解度随温度降低而减小的原理,通过降温反应生成的水,提高主反应反应速率,降低杂质,分水器降温可以使乙酸乙酯周期平均减少25%,得到的乙酸乙酯粗品多1.06%,粗品含量提高1.8%,收率提高2.22%。
Based on the theory that the lower the temperature,the less the solubility,through decreasing temperature of generated water,main reaction speed was increased,impurity was decreased. Lowering water segregator temperature can decrease reaction period of ethyl diacetate by 25% and increase crude product output by 1.06%,crude product content was increased by 1.8% ,yield was increased by 2.22%.
