介绍了制酸气体成分、粉尘和温度等工艺条件对电除尘器运行的影响。详细分析了电除尘器运行中的常见故障及维护处理措施、计划检修(小修)、大修的操作要点和注意事项。指出电除尘器开好用好,除了电除尘器设计合适、施工质量高很重要外,运行工艺条件符合要求,精心调节和维护,及时消除故障,按计划维修也非常关键。
The influence of process conditions such as composition of roaster gas （ or off-gas）, dust and temperature on operation of electrostatic precipitator is discussed. Common faults and treatment measures in operation and maintenance of electrostatic precipitator, and operation points and matters needing attention in scheduled maintenance and overhaul are analyzed. It is pointed that rational design and good construction are important to ensure smooth operation of electrostatic precipitator. In addition to keeping required process conditions, careful regulation and maintenance, timely eliminating failures and maintenance on schedule are necessary.
