摘要
2008-2009年我国南方暴雨野外科学试验（SCHeREx）从2008年5月1日起在广东、湖北、上海、安徽等14个省市展开。该试验由中国气象局郑国光局长出任野外试验总指挥兼领导小组组长，中国气象局宇如聪副局长和国家973项目首席科学家、中国气象科学研究院院长张人禾研究员任副总指挥兼领导小组副组长。倪允琪教授任SCHeREX计划实施课题组组长，周秀骥院士。
