距舟关节植骨融合治疗成年人足舟骨无菌性坏死 被引量：7

摘要 目的:总结成年人足舟骨无菌性坏死的治疗经验,分析成年人足舟骨无菌性坏死增加的原因,为成年人足舟骨无菌性坏死的治疗和预防提供理论依据。方法:对9例足舟骨无菌性坏死的患者行距舟关节植骨融合术,分析发病原因,评价术后疗效。结果:9例患者治疗后疼痛消失,随访6～18个月,所有患者均未再次出现疼痛,日常工作及生活正常。结论:防止舟骨应力过大是预防足舟骨无菌性坏死的关键;距舟关节植骨融合术治疗成年人足舟骨无菌性坏死临床疗效满意,为该病成年患者提供了一种理想的治疗措施。
