摘要
[目的]评价解毒退黄合剂结肠给药治疗乙型重型肝炎的临床疗效。[方法]选择我院收治的乙型重型肝炎92例,随机分为观察组44例,对照组48例。两组西医综合基础治疗相同,观察组加用解毒退黄舍剂结肠给药治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后症状、体征、血清胆红素的变化及合并症的发生率和病死率。[结果]在改善乙型重型肝炎症状、黄疸、腹水消退时间和肝性脑病恢复时间、合并症发生率及病死率方面,观察组均优于对照组,P<0.05。[结论]解毒退黄合剂结肠给药治疗乙型重型肝炎,有助于乙型重型肝炎的预后,是提高乙型重型肝炎治疗效果的有效措施之一。
[ Objective ] To evaluate the Jiedu Tuihuang mixture severe hepatitis B drug treatment for clinical efficacy. [ Methods ] hospital admitted 92 cases of severe hepatitis B, 44 cases were randomly divided into two groups, control group 48 cases. The basis of TCM and Western medicine treatment of two groups the same as the observation group was added back Jiedu Tuihuang mixture treatment. Before and after treatment were observed in patients with symptoms, signs, serum bilirubin changes and the incidence of complications and mortality. [Results] to improve the symptoms of severe hepatitis, jaundice, ascites, hepatic encephalopathy fade time and recovery time, complication rate and mortality, the observation group were better than the control group, P 〈0.05. [ Conclusion] Jiedu Tuihuang mixture treatment of severe hepatitis B and help the prognosis of severe hepatitis B is to improve the treatment of severe hepatitis B and effective measures.
