摘要 分析了中国石油兰州石化公司炼油厂延迟焦化装置掺炼乙烯裂解重油对原料性质、产物性质及收率、工艺操作条件及加工量的影响。结果表明,在掺炼乙烯裂解重油后,原料密度、黏度和残炭含量均增加,产品中轻油收率下降了0.66个百分点,石油焦收率则增加了2.79个百分点;在相同加热炉进料量下,加热炉出口温度平均值、循环比、炉管压力降和炉膛温度均增大;加热炉分支进料量由52t/h降至48t/h,月平均加工量下降了9000t。 The effect of blending heavy oil from ethylene cracking on the properties of stock and product,yield of product,processing condition and production capacity of delayed coking was discussed. The results showed that after the heavy oil was blended,the density,viscosity and mass fraction of carbon residue of stock increased,the yield of light oil dropped 0.66 percentage points and the yield of petrol coke raised 2.79 percentage points;at the same feeding rate of heating furnace,the average outlet temperature,recycle ratio,furnace tube pressure drop and hearth temperature increased,and the branch feeding rate of heating furnace dropped from 52 t/h to 48t/h,the production capacity decreased by 9000t per month.
