摘要
目的观察表皮细胞移植术联合他克莫司软膏治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法对40例白癜风患者采用随机分组的临床实验方法,治疗组采用表皮移植术配合他克莫司软膏治疗。对照组采用单独的表皮细胞移植术治疗。三个月后进行疗效观察。结果治疗组有效率为97.50%,对照组的有效率为76.32%。两组疗效比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论他克莫司可以促进表皮黑色素的合成和迁移,表皮细胞移植术联合外用他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风安全、有效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of epidermal cell transplantation and tacrolimus ointment on vitiligo. Methods 40 patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups, including treatment group treated with skin transplantation and tacrolimus ointment and control group treated with epidermal cells transplantation. The therapeutic effect was observed for 3 months. Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 97. 500% and 76.32%, respectively （P〈0. 01）. Conclusions It is safe and effective to treat vitiligo with epidermal cell transplantation and tacrolimus ointment.
