摘要
介绍在杭州湾跨海大桥南引桥滩涂区1430t／50m预制箱梁运架施工中，采用TE1600组合式轮胎走行运梁车，沿双幅桥面将整孔箱梁从桥头运输到前方架桥机的施工技术，以及TE1600轮胎式运梁车的结构组成、关键技术及箱梁运输的相关工艺。
The paper describes the construction technology, which was adopted in the conveyance and erection of 1 430 t/50 m prefabricated box girders in the beach area of the South Approach Spans of Hangzhou Bay Bridge to convey whole-span box girders from an end of the bridge to the bridge girder erection machine in front along two sides using the model TEl600 combined-type tyred girder-transporting vehicle. It also describes-the structural composition of the model TEl600 tyred girder-transporting vehicle, the key technologies used therein, and the process related to box girder conveyance using the vehicle.
