摘要
新建桥梁不可避免地会对周边建筑物结构安全造成一定影响,识别出施工运营阶段产生的风险源,合理评估风险事态对周边建筑物造成的风险损失,可以为风险规避提供建议,降低总体风险损失。结合诸暨—永嘉高速公路温州段南岸引桥实际课题,对周边建筑物灰桥浦水闸和居民楼房的各种不利因素进行风险源识别,采用定量与定性评估结合的分析手段,并重点对车桥耦合振动、打桩效应对周边建筑物的效应做了分析,提出风险管理对策,编写风险管理手册,形成新建桥梁施工运营全过程的风险管理系统并成功运用。
Newly-built bridges inevitably have bad effects on surrounding buildings' safety. Identifying the risk sources and evaluating the surrounding buildings risk situations loss are important measures for risk avoidance and reducing overall risk loss. Based on the reality research topic of approach bridge of Wenzhou section of Zhuji-Yongjia highway, this paper presents the risks to surrounding Huiqiaopu sluice and Xiangxieli high-rise buildings. Quantitative and qualitative decision analysis methods are adopted. The vehicle-bridge coupling vibration and cast-in-place piling vibration risk effects are emphatically quantitatively analyzed. Other risks are qualitatively determined. Acco and the risk management give serve to construction rdingly, different risk management and risk technological suggestions are put forward, handbooks are prepared. A complete risk management system is successfully built to and operation of new bridges.
