青岛某住宅小区9号楼工程结构优化设计

摘要 剪力墙结构作为高层建筑中的主要结构形式,被广泛运用于现代高层建筑领域.《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3—2002)对剪力墙结构的设计原则、计算方法和构造措施作出了相应规定,但有些规定尚不够细致,可操作性较差.通过对青岛某住宅区9号楼工程优化设计介绍,论述了高层结构设计中有关结构体系选取的重要性,对剪力墙合理设置的一般原则问题进行了探讨.通过对其结构体系选择及计算结果的分析,阐明了短肢剪力墙是小高层住宅结构设计中一种较经济合理的结构体系,是降低高层结构经济指标的可行途径. As the main structure in high-rise buildings, the shear wall structure has been widely used in the field of modern high-rise buildings. Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building (JGJ 32002) has made provisions for shear wall's design principles, calculation methods and construction measures with exception of particularity and feasibility. Through introduction to the optimum design of No. 9 building in a residential district, the paper discusses the importance of relevant structural system selection in the design of high-rise structures and the measures in design of irregular construction plane. Through the selection and analysis result of the structural system, short pier shear wall is clearly illuminated to be economic structural system for small high-rise building, and it is a feasible method to decrease high-rise structure economic indicator.
