摘要
随着勘探难度和勘探形势的不断变化,欠平衡钻井技术应用越来越广泛,这对与之密切相关的录井行业带来了影响,增加了现场技术决策的难度,给综合录井服务提出了新的课题。在分析欠平衡钻井工艺条件下录井资料响应特征的基础上,提出了相应的油气层识别方法。在气体欠平衡钻井条件下,应用全烃、甲烷绝对值及其升高幅度、烃组分比值等参数综合评价显示层;在充气液相及液相欠平衡钻井条件下,综合应用钻时、气测值、综合录井工程参数及钻井液参数、气体流量、槽面显示特征、火炬的燃烧情况等资料,并结合井间和层间对比,可以准确识别和评价气层。在此基础上,建立了不同欠平衡钻井条件下录井油气层的识别流程。实际应用情况表明,方法可行,效果较好。
With the continuous changes in the exploration difficulty and situation,the under-balanced drilling has been widely used,and this has brought the influence on mud logging industry which is closed to it and added the difficulty for the technical decision making on the site,thus the new subject has been raised for the comprehensive mud logging. On the basis of analyzing the response features of mud logging data in under-balanced condition,the author gave out the related distinguishing method for oil and gas zones. In under-balanced gas drilling,the total hydrocarbon,absolute methane value and its rising extent,and the ratio of hydrocarbon component can be used to evaluate the showing zones,in air-filling fluid phase and liquid phase under-balance drilling,the combination of drilling time,gas logging values,the engineering parameters of the comprehensive mud logging,gas flow rate,pit features,torch flame condition can be used to distinguish and evaluate gas zones accurately with well and zone correlation. On such a basis,the different distinguishing processes have been established for oil and gas zones during mud logging in different under-balanced drilling conditions. The practical application showed the method is feasible and well results have been obtained.
