摘要 由于设计时掌握资料不全面,实钻地层变化与设计预测总会存在一定的差异,这种差异对薄层水平井来说,可能会导致设计地质靶心在设计目的层之外,为此必须进行地质轨迹调整。河南油田LP5井设计垂深188m,油层厚度1.3m,为一口超浅、超薄的水平井。在该井录井过程中,录井从钻前校核设计靶心资料开始,通过精细的储集层预测,对靶点、入窗、水平段纵向轨迹等提出调整方案,应用常规录井数据,实现了薄层水平井的顺利钻进。 Because the data aren't overall possessed during designing,there always exists a certain discrepancy in actual formation variation and designing prediction. For thin-layer horizontal well,this discrepancy may lead to the designed geologic target center outside the designing targets,so that,the geologic trajectory must be adjusted. The designing vertical depth for well LP5 in Henan Oilfield is 188m,the reservoir thickness is 1.3m,which is an ultra shallow and ultra thin horizontal well,during mud logging,mud logging began with checking designed target center data,then through fine reservoir prediction,the adjustment plans were put forward about target center,initial point of drilling trajectory towards target center and vertical trajectory of horizontal section. With conventional mud logging data,thin-layer horizontal well drilling was realized to go on smoothly.
