摘要
"群众本位"教育观是徐特立创办新民主主义教育与社会主义教育的重要指导思想。其要点是:教育原本属于人民群众,教育是群众"自己的权利",普及与平等是教育的题中应有之义,办教育的出发点与落脚点应该是为了群众;教育对象不只是学生,应该是所有人民群众,要根据社会条件,开辟多种途径,兴办各级、各类教育机构,满足群众的不同教育需求;要尽力扩充和合理配置教育资源,依靠群众办教育,使人民群众能够接受良好的教育,并使其中尽可能多的人接受高层次的教育,力求群众满意教育。"群众本位"教育观,对于解决教育中的许多现实问题,如坚持教育公益性质、促进义务教育均衡发展、实现"学有所教"等,都很有价值。
＂People - oriented＂ educational outlook is the important directional thought for Xu Teli＇ s foundation of new democratic education and socialist education. The main ideas are as follows： education belongs to the people and is the right of the people ; universal and equal education should be implemented in education ; education comes from the people and for the people; all the people rather than the students are the objects of education; education should meet the requirement of different people according to the social condition; qualified education should be offered to the people with reasonable allocation of educational resources. ＂People - oriented＂ educational outlook makes sense for many factual problems in education, such as insisting on the public interest nature, promoting balanced development of compulsory education, realizing ＂teaching according to requirements＂, etc.
