摘要
职务犯罪是人类社会经济、政治生活中的一大公害,是公共权力腐败的突出表现。"三年清知府,十万雪花银",就是中国历史上专制制度下职务犯罪的真实写照。知古以鉴今,在对职务犯罪防控进行历史考察并借鉴和吸收有益成果的基础上,完善现行法律、健全专门职务犯罪防控机构、突出检察机关的预防职权、完善教育预防措施等方面全面构建我国职务犯罪防控体系。
