摘要 为了实现对超短时间间隔的高精度测量,将高速度、高性能的FPGA EP2C35F672C8与ACAM公司高精度时间间隔测量芯片TDC-GP2相结合设计了一个高精度测时模块,给出了具体的硬件结构图、详细的外围器件配置及软件流程图,并且结合部分测量数据对测时模块的实际性能进行了评估,实验证明其测量时间间隔最小可以达到65ps,精度为65ps,通过多次测量取平均可以进一步提高测量精度. In order to measure the ultra-short time intervals by high-precision, a high-performance time interval measu- rement module with high speed and good performance was designed by using FPGA EP2C35F672C8 as the core which combined with the high-precision time interval measurement unit TDC-GP2. Specific hardware structure diagram, detailed configuration of peripheral devices and software flow chart were given. Experiments showed that the smallest time interval could achieve 65ps with an accuracy of 65ps and the measurement accuracy could be improved greatly by the average of repeated measurements.
