摘要
为了解湖南省肥胖中学生身体形态指标与血脂水平的相关性,采用文献资料和指标测试等研究方法对湖南省20所中学的1263名肥胖中学生的身体形态的部分指标及其与血脂水平进行相关性分析,结果显示:湖南省肥胖中学生的体重、体重指数(BMI)与体重正常的中学生比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);体脂百分比(BFP)、腰臀比(WHR)与正常体重中学生比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01).肥胖中学生的BMI与TC、TG、LDL呈正相关、与HDL呈负相关,但其相关性较小,而BFP、WHR与TC、TG、LDL呈高度正相关,与HDL呈高度负相关.
In order to explore the correlation between body shape index and lipid levels for obese middle school students＇ in Hunan Province, this paper anlyzes the correlation between body shape index and lipid levels which involves 15,600 students from 20 rural and urban middle schools in Hunan province, using the method of index testing and literature review . The results indicates that obese middle school students in Hunan Province has significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） on weight and weight index , compared with normal groups. In addition , their PBF and WHR has remarkable significant difference（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Their BMI is positively correlative to TC ,TG and LDL, yet inversely associated with HDL , in a lower degree . Their BFP and WHR is positively correlative to TC,TG and LDL, yet inversely associated with HDL , both in a high degree.
