摘要
随着水平井钻井技术日趋完善与成熟,正不断探索用于低渗透气田的开发研究。分析了应用水平井开发大牛地低渗透气田的钻井技术难点,阐述了水平井钻井技术,包括钻具组合、钻进参数优选、侧钻、井眼轨迹控制、煤层段钻进以及测量设备配套等技术。探索了大牛地气田水平井钻井技术应用的可行性,利用配套的钻井技术在该地区完成了9口水平井的应用,取得了较好的效果,可为同类油气田提供技术参考。
The modern horizontal drilling technique has been well developed in China,and its application to low permeability gas fields is under research and development.In this paper,difficulties in the application of horizontal well drilling techniques to Daniudi gas field with low permeability are analyzed,and horizontal drilling techniques are discussed including the bottomhole assembly(BHA) technique,the technique of drilling parameters optimization,the sidetracking technique,the trajectory control technique,the coal seam drilling technique and systematic measuring equipment.The feasibility of applying the horizontal well drilling technique to Daniudi gas field is studied.Systematic drilling techniques have been applied to nine horizontal wells sucessfuly in the area,and it may be good reference to the drilling of similar oil and gas fields.
