摘要
目的通过对中老年尿毒症患者周到细致的护理,延长中老年透析患者的生命。方法早期充分透析、合理饮食、严格控制透析间期水钠摄入、单次透析避免过多过快超滤。结果对老年尿毒症患者应提前开展身心护理和疾病宣教,提高他们对疾病和疾病预后及治疗方法必要性、重要性的正确认识和积极配合,提前做好血管通路准备,争取早期、充分、有效透析,防止并发症发生。结论早期治疗和护理对老年尿毒症患者病情的发展有重要关系。
Objective To elderly patients with uremia and thoughtful and meticulous care, to extend the elderly dialysis patient＇s life. Methods Of early adequate dialysis, reasonable diet, strict control over inter-dialysis period of salt and water intake,too much too quickly to avoid a single dialysis ultrafiltration.Results The elderly patients with uremia should be carried out in advance the physical and psychological care and disease missionary, to enhance their disease and prognosis and treatment need for and importance of a correct understanding and active covdscular access well in advance preparations for the early, full and effective dialysis,to prevent complications. Conclusion The early treatment and care of elderly patients with uremia have an important relationship between the development of the disease.
