摘要
动静脉内瘘,是一种安全且能为血液透析患者提供长期使用的永久性血管通路,一个理想的动静脉内瘘要求能够提供足够的血流量,不至于动脉瘤和血栓形成,位置表浅又不至于影响病人的正常活动,安全可靠,可长期使用。但术前准备、手术方式及部位的选择、术后的观察护理和处理对手术的成功至关重要,如果准备措施不当或观察不及时可造成内瘘手术失败。
