摘要
秦皇岛首钢板材有限公司分断剪主、副液压缸因缸体密封不严压力内泄,易出现液压缸动作不平衡造成单侧剪刃下滑,致使钢板剪不断或剪不动而影响生产进度和产品质量。从生产实际出发,针对设备本身存在的隐患,本着人性化、效率化的目的,利用上海金钟默勒公司生产的EASY-PLC和LJ电感式接近开关对原电气系统进行自动调平改造。改造完成后该系统能够自动调整分断剪剪刃角度,不仅满足了生产的需要,而且操作更加简单,同时提高了设备的自动化水平,保证了设备运行的可靠性和稳定性,为公司高产稳产提供了强有力的保障。
Qinghuangdao Shou Gang Plate Co.Ltd main and vice hydraulic cylinder pressure leakage caused hydraulic cylinder motion unbalance, which have effects on production schedule and production quality. From production practice and existing hidden troubles of device, the EASY-PLC and LI inductance proximity switch produced by Shanghai JINZHONGMULE Co.Ltd are used to improve automatic leveling of the original electric system. After improvement, the system can automatically adjust the cutting angle, meet the production need, improve the automatic level and strongly guarantee the reliability and stability of the production.
