摘要
目的探讨及验证CQ-1肿瘤检测仪对肿瘤诊断价值。方法应用CQ-1肿瘤检测仪与术中冷冻切片诊断技术对术中新鲜标本进行同时检测,并与石蜡切片比对。结果41例试验结果与冰冻切片诊断完全符合38例,与常规病理诊断完全符合36例。结论肿瘤检测仪可对病变组织多点检测,简便快速、准确率高,能有效地帮助术者实施手术,确认病变范围。临床上与冷冻切片诊断同步应用,可以互相印证和补充诊断,提高诊断准确率,是手术中快速检诊的又一新方法。
Objective To study the application of CQ-1 tumor detector to tumor diagnosis during operation.Methods In addition to CQ-1 tumor detector,freezing section and paraffin-embeded section were used.Results The coincidence of CQ-1 tumor detector with freezing pathological diagnosis was in 38 cases（38/41）,and that with paraffin-embeded section was in 36 cases（36/41）.Conclusion CQ-1 tumor detector is a rapid and precise diagnostic device in judging benign or malignant lesion.It helps surgeons to define operational scope and confirm the result of freezing section pathological diagnosis when they are used synchronously.
