摘要
现有的科技进步贡献率是指科技进步的贡献在各种生产要素贡献的代数和中所占的比重本文指出在生产要素贡献负增长的情况下仍然采用这种定义方式是不合理的本文根据生产要素贡献情况的不同分别建立了科技进步贡献的概念由于RM索洛(Solow)提出的用“余值法”测算科技进步贡献中的前提假设过于苛刻因此具有一定的局限性依据科技进步与效益之间的内在联系,本文提出了一种测算科技进步贡献率的“等效益面法”
