摘要
为了提高中、低档摩托车的制动性能,目前亟待研究开发一种经济实用、便于安装的防抱死控制装置。该文分析了摩托车液压制动防抱死控制原理,提出了针对路面条件,通过调节装置控制制动油缸压力,使车轮滑移率处于理想的范围内以实现防抱死制动。基于上述原理,导出了制动油缸控制压力与路面附着系数的关系式,并进行了实例计算,得出了在各种路面条件下制动油缸压力控制值。这些计算结果可用来指导可调式液压制动防抱死控制装置的设计。
In order to improve brake performance of medium priced or low end motorcycles,a kind of economical practical hydraulic anti lock btrake device easy to be installed is urgently researched and developed at present.This paper analyses the principle of motorcycle hydraulic anti lock brake System(ABS).In accordance with the condition of road surface ,controlling brake oil jar pressure by adjusting device,the wheel slip ratio can be controlled in the ideal scope so as to realize anti lock brake.According to the basic principle mentioned above,the relation formula between brake oil jar pressure and road adhesion coefficient is derived.Brake pressure control parameters on various roadsurfaces are obtained by example.These calculation results can be used to guide the design of Anti Lock Brake control devices.
